Be Assured Of our Support Always - HRM, OBA (Dr.) Sunday Aikuirawo Aniyi Tells Fessu As part of the activities lined up for the year 2022, the new National Executives of the Federation of Ekiti State Student Union paid a courtesy visit to the palace of Erinmope on the 20th of October. The visit was ably led by the new National President of the union, Comrade Abel Adéwálé AJIBADE who was accorded a warm reception by the Obaleo of Erinmope Ekiti, Oba (Dr) Sunday Aikuirawo Aniyi. In his speech, the president emphasized the visit's sole purpose as a courtesy call, for familiarisation between the two parties, and for social engagement on the welfare of Ekiti students both at home and in diaspora. In return, the ọbaleo of Erinmope, ọba Aniyi, welcomed the leadership of FESSU to his palace. He lauded the union leaders for envisaging and working out such a courageous activity geared towards the welfare and uniqueness of Ekiti state students home and abroad.

He also pledged his full support for the union, saying his palace is open anytime to give ear to the demands of FESSU. Comrade Adéwálé, affectionately known as General Miami while appreciating the monarch's kind gesture towards the union, stressed that his administration will not hesitate to reach out to the palace when the need arises. he equally lauds the palace for its warm acceptance of the union.
