Two Persons In Police Net For Stealing 18 Month Old Boy In Ondo State Buyer Arrested In Anambra

Two Persons One Mr. Isiaka Lukman and Abosede Olanipekun are currently in the police net for conniving and stealing an 18 month old baby from his mother in Akure the Ondo state capital. The suspects Lukman and Abosede reportedly stole the baby boy from the mother in her shop after Lukman allegedly approached her for a romantic relationship. According to information made avaialble to newsmen, Lukman while wooing the woman introduced his accomplice Bose as his sister making it possible for her to leave with the Baby under the guise of getting him biscuits while the man lured the mother to Olukayode plaza under the pretence of buying her a phone but cunninglly abandoned her and left. The mother When she realized the trick went back to her shop only to discover her child was missing, as both Bose and Lukman had dissapeared with her child . The case was reported at the station and thorough Intelligence policing and investigation Lukman and Abosede were arrested in Ottah village in Edo state.
The suspects upon interrogation confessed to have sold the baby to one Mrs Sabina Izuorah in Ihiala, Anambra state.The Police moved to Anambra state and arrested the said woman with 4 babies and 10 Children aged between 2-6 years. Some parents whose children have been declared missing came to identify their children,while some are yet to see theirs, even as the police maintained that efforts are in top gear to ensure other kids are found.
