Just In: Inauguration of Nigerian National Broadband 2020-2025

This morning March 19, 2020 President Buhari Inaugurated the Nigerian National Broadband service for the period of 2020 - 2025. This development is to help the citizens in term of digital innovation to enhance and boost the economy.

In telecommunication broadband is wide Bandwidth data transmission which transports multiple signals and traffic types. The medium can be coaxial cable, optical fiber, radio or twister pair.

In the context of internet access, broadband is used to mean any high-speed Internet access that is always on and faster than Dial-up access over traditional analog or ISDN, PSTN service.

Communication Digital Economy Complex was also launched in Abuja for the commencement of the program. This is a great development to enhance good connectivity among individuals, businesses and to give the best out of the economy.
