Breaking: Gas Explosion destroy properties in Ado-Ekiti

It was an ugly incident in Ado Ekiti on Thursday 30th of April, when it was gathered that  a young man whose identity could not be confirmed on Thursday evening sustained serious injuries at Ijigbo area of Ado Ekiti after a local gas plant exploded.

It was gathered that the young man came to the plant to refill his cylinder when the incident happened.

Property worth millions of naira were also razed in the process before the intervention of a private fire fighter which put out the fire.

People around the neighborhood said that the explosion occurred after a resident was cooking while the plant man was supplying gas to the customer who eventually sustained injuries and rushed to hospital.
